 Pre-press shirt for a few seconds. Cover patch with Teflon or parchment paper & press 325-350° with heavy pressure (same other transfers)  20 second press (adjust per your press best usage) turn shirt inside out and press again for a really good adhesion. To get the best wear out of your transfer Machine wash cold. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER.  For longer wear you can attach the patch permanently by sewing it on.
