Refunds

Do to the type of items we sell returns are not accepted. TLC Transfers Etc is not responsible for damage caused by the application on our transfers.  Please read the directions for use but note that all Heat Presses are different.  It is up to the individual to know how their machine operates.  Our transfers require heavy pressure therefore some types of irons are not advised.  

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.  We are not responsible for theft of a package or loss due to the carrier.
